Join as Presenter

If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend ICDMS 2024 as a Presenter. As a presenter, you need to submit the Abstract and Title of your presentation during the registration. For further information, please contact us at: dengli@ais.cn


Join as Listener

ICDMS 2024 is an unmissable conference. It is a good chance and an effective platform for you to meet many renowned experts and researchers in the field of the latest academic research. You are welcome to attend this great event. You just need to complete the registration as a Listener before the registration deadline.

Details of the registration fees

1. At least one author is required to register and attend the conference to present the paper.

 2. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fare

3. The paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot attend the conference, but substitute participants are welcome.

4. Students must provide proof of their status by suitable document to the conference secretariat.
5. This conference has set a fixed exchange rate of 100 RMB to 15 USD, please select the payment method and currency that best suits your actual situation.

Refunds Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund

* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund

* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: 30% of payment refund

* After conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.

The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

No Show Policy

ICDMS enforces a no-show policy. Any paper which is accepted to the conference and is included in the final program is expected to be presented at the conference during its scheduled presentation date and time by the papers corresponding author. The author(s) of any paper which is not presented but completed final submission and is added to the final conference program will be subscribed to the no-show list compiled by ICDMS. Authors who are listed to the ICDMS no-show list will be included on said list for a period of no less than 2 years. The list of no-shows will be made available to All ICDMS Conference organizers, and said organizers may reject submissions from authors included on the no show list.
Should any circumstances arise where the corresponding author is unable to present the paper at the conference the corresponding author may delegate the presentation responsibility to one of the listed co-authors of the paper to present the paper in his or her absence. The substitution of a corresponding author by another co-author must be documented and substantiated in advance. It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to submit a substitute/absentee case to the ICDMS conference committee before the scheduled date of the presentation.
Should a circumstance arise where none of the listed authors are able to present the paper at the conference it is the responsibility of the corresponding author to submit a substitute/absentee case to the ICDMS conference committee documenting the reason for the absence. Cases of this nature will be reviewed on its merits and supporting documentation may be required.

If you do not cancel in writing by July 9, 2024, and do not attend, no refund and publication will be granted.


Personal Reason

The conference cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.


Force Majeure
The conference cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.

Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.


Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of circumstances such as weather damage, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic etc. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
