Prof. Jian Yao, Wuhan University, China

Professor Yao is a doctoral supervisor and discipline leader of the School of Remote Sensing and Information Engineering of Wuhan University, a distinguished professor of “Chutian Scholars” in Hubei Province, a publicly announced candidate of the Class A Youth Project of the National Major Talent Project, a leading talent of the introduction plan of urgently needed and strategic talents in Changsha, and one of the 3551 high-level talents of innovation and entrepreneurship in Wuhan. He is Director of the AI Innovation and Application Center and the discipline leader of the School of Artificial Intelligence of Guangdong Open University and Dean of the Artificial Intelligence Research Center of Gongqing Institute of Science and Technology and the Research Institute of Gongdadi Innovation Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. He serves as an adjunct professor at the School of Aerospace Engineering of Xiamen University, a guest professor at Krirk University, a doctoral supervisor in the engineering technology field, a distinguished researcher of the Songhuajiang Qianren Industrial Research Institute, Head of Computer Vision & Remote Sensing (CVRS) Lab of Wuhan University, and Director of the Innovation Research Center for 3D Big Data and Artificial Intelligence of Wuhan University.

He has participated in multiple large projects such as the 6th and 7th Framework Programmes, as well as cooperation projects with International Atomic Energy Agency. In recent years, he has published more than 130 papers in international authoritative journals such as Pattern Recognition, Computer Vision & Image Understanding, International Journal of Robotics Research, IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, ISPRS Journal of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing (TGRS) and in other top international academic conferences such as CVPR, ECCV, and ICRA. He has applied for more than 80 national invention patents and other intellectual property rights and authorized more than 40 national invention patents. He has long served as a reviewer of international core journals and top international academic conferences in relevant fields.

Prof. Kannimuthu Subramaniyam, Karpagam College of Engineering, Anna University, India

Dr. S. Kannimuthu is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Information Technology at Karpagam College of Engineering, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He is also in charge of the Center of Excellence in Algorithms. He is an IEEE Member (ID: 99320117). He is an IBM Certified Cybersecurity Analyst. He did PhD in Computer Science and Engineering at Anna University, Chennai. He did his M.E (CSE) and B.Tech (IT) at Anna University, Chennai. He has more than 17 years of teaching and industrial experience. He is the recognized supervisor of Anna University, Chennai. Five PhD candidates completed their research under his guidance. He is now guiding 8 PhD Research Scholars. He has published 68 (SCI:25 and Scopus:47) research articles in various International Journals. He published 2 books("Artificial Intelligence", and "LinkedList Demystified: A Placement Perspective") and 3 Book Chapters (Scopus Indexed). He is acting as a mentor/consultant for DeepLearning.AI, MaxByte Technologies Dhanvi Info Tech and Hubino. He is an expert member of the AICTE Student Learning Assessment Project (ASLAP). He has presented a number of papers at various National and International conferences. He has visited more than 100  Engineering colleges and delivered more than 175 Guest Lectures on various topics. He is the reviewer for 80  Journals and 3 Books. He has successfully completed the consultancy project through Industry-Institute Interaction for ZF Wind Power Antwerpen Ltd., Belgium. He has received funds from CSIR, DRDO and ISRO to conduct workshops and seminars. He has completed more than 610 Certifications (41 Specializations and 4 Professional Certifications) in Coursera, Hackerrank and NPTEL on various domains. He has guided a number of research-oriented as well as application-oriented projects organized by well-known companies like IBM. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Data Structures and Algorithms, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Big Data Analytics, Blockchain and Virtual Reality.
